Legacy Projects > Annual WW1 Event Annual WW1 Event

This event focuses on the WWI era history. Re enactors on the grounds provide educational programs, displays of equipment and vehicles, and are available to talk one on one with the visiting public. Demonstrations include a focus on the everyday life of soldiers from the food they ate to what camp life was life. Youth are invited to participate in a number of activities including being mustered into the army and learning basic drill techniques.
