Legacy Projects > Military and Civilian Bicentennial Ball Military and Civilian Bicentennial Ball

We will hold our annual 1860s-era ball this year, celebrating the Bicentennial as the theme. The ball will be held in the historic Baker Street train station. Period (1860s) clothing is highly encouraged. The event includes dance instruction earlier in the day, a live period band, an experienced dance mistress, dancing and food. This experience will give an appreciation of the culture, manners, and entertainment that was enjoyed in the past and the great social traditions and people that contributed to our state’s development.
