Legacy Projects > Jack Willard Community Park Jack Willard Community Park

Jack Willard Community Park will be a tribute to the men and women who have served Danville, IN as firefighters. The design of the park will be based on a Maltese cross, and a series of murals will depict the history of fire equipment in Danville. The park will be located at Main Street and Kentucky Avenue, beautifying the town, as well as being walk able for the majority of the town. Sufficient green space will be allocated to allow families to relax and enjoy nature. Tables and benches will be available, as well as play equipment for various age children.
