For Indiana’s Bicentennial, Crawfordsville will be showcasing Montgomery County’s historical past in this year’s exhibit to provide a rich and detailed look into the people, government, culture, business and education of Montgomery County. Each room in the Lane Place Historical Home will be decorated in a different theme. One room will be informative about how our community was founded, another in Montgomery County arts, in education, military items and a final room dealing with the business sector of Montgomery County.
