Legacy Projects > Art at the Old Capitol Art at the Old Capitol

“Art at the Old Capitol” is a two day celebration of the visual arts. A Plein Air painting event, art market, children’s participation art installation and downtown festival will all be open to the public. We hope to provide artists and craftspeople a venue to support the arts.
