Legacy Projects > Serving Indiana Social Media Project Serving Indiana Social Media Project

Indiana Association of United Ways will lead a statewide social media effort whereby individuals and groups are invited to post photos of themselves “serving their community”. IaUW will promote the project through a common hashtag and other social medial tools to celebrate volunteer service in the year of the Bicentennial. The goal is to create excitement about volunteering and serving in local communities and to raise awareness among young people about United Way and ways to get involved in their local communities.
