Legacy Projects > Images of Morgan County Art Show Images of Morgan County Art Show

In recognition of the state’s Bicentennial, the resident artists and volunteers at Art Sanctuary in Martinsville want to create what will become an annual event featuring the artwork of Morgan County adult and youth artists. The arts competition will showcase artwork that depicts images of Morgan County. This will include any media that shows a view of landscape, architecture, history, people, industry, animals, etc. Artists need not live in Morgan County to participate. A written statement will accompany each entry to explain where the work was created, or what the inspiration was for the piece. Monetary prizes will be awarded to each winning People’s Choice winner.
