On May 14, from 1p.m. to 4p.m., the Miami County Committee for the Indiana Bicentennial will produce Art at the Historic Roberts House. This event will not only provide art of historic sites and moments in Miami County, it will give area residents the chance to see the historic Roberts home, which has been vacant with the furnishings intact for a number of years. From 12p.m. to 1p.m. the purchase prize donors will have the opportunity to claim their art, and the committee the chance to put blue ribbons on the sold art. The committee and Dr. Roberts will host a reception during the main event, with refreshments and a pianist. All art not claimed by the purchase prize donors will be for sale.
