Join us for a fun and interactive weekend Murder Mystery on the Whitewater Canal. The year is 1842 and the Metamora townsfolk are celebrating the new Canal president aboard the Ben Franklin II canal boat. Tragedy strikes however when a body is found in the water. Help track down the killer while learning about the historical towns along the canal route. Refreshments and entertainment begins Friday evening and concludes with prizes, dinner and the big reveal at 6 p.m. on Saturday evening at Gateway Park in Metamora. Sunday we will host a county-wide old fashioned picnic in the park. This event will kick off the weekend celebration for the Bicentennial Torch Relay.
