The Women Workers of the Auburn Automobile Company Community Exhibit is provided by the Auburn Cord Duesenburg Automobile Museum and will travel to four locations in Northeast Indiana over a twelve month period. The exhibit is composed of photographs of women working in the Auburn Automobile Company factories and offices, and tells the narrative of Hoosier working women’s impact on social change and freedom in the early twentieth century. Through this exhibit, the ACD Auto Museum hopes that many of these women can be identified by relatives, neighbors and family friends so that their legacy can be preserved for many years to come.
