Indiana Humanities ALL-IN Block Parties were created to engage communities all across the state of Indiana in preparation to acknowledge and celebrate the State’s Bicentennial in 2016. ALL IN THE CANAL! Not only celebrates the past, present and future of Indiana, but incorporates the rich history of Franklin County in southeastern Indiana, exploring its past by inviting participants to visit the Whitewater Canal, the present by highlighting the Whitewater Valley Canal Trail and future by making it accessible, participatory and engaging for youth and young adults.
