The Putnam County Indiana Bicentennial Speakers Bureau will make speakers available to the public on topics relating to the history and culture of Putnam County and Indiana. Interested persons may visit the Putnam County Public Library website to access the list of speakers and their program topics. The available program topics cover a wide range of subject matter that will appeal to many age groups including young adults and will be available for celebration of the Indiana Bicentennial from July 2015 through December 2016.
