Musicians from schools and churches countywide will be invited to sing, play or write in this historical program. Music and writings by Indiana composers and writers will provide entertainment and educational learning experiences for both students and adults. Local writers and historians will also be invited to celebrate. An outdoor program in the park is planned for June or July 2016. The Marshall County Church Orchestra, who celebrated its 10th birthday in the summer of 2014, will entertain in the park, farmers markets, retirement homes and private parties. This planned program will attract the attention of people outside our county to Plymouth’s Centennial Park which was named for Indiana’s 1916 Centennial.
