Legacy Projects > Paper Quilt Project Paper Quilt Project

The Paper Quilt Project’s purpose is to have students create a quilt block that represents who they are; it can have pictures of family, drawings of animals, or a design that shows their likes and interests. This project allows them to use their imagination just like the original Indiana pioneers. It will help the students learn the history of quilts and the importance of them today. These quilt blocks will be hung in the school to show off the students hard work. The blocks will also be a focus on the tourism website and social media pages.
