During the summer of 2016, the Warren County Master Gardeners will create a floral Indiana state flag in blue and gold annuals on the lawn of the Williamsport Library and Learning Center: Blue Wave petunias as the background, marigolds as the stars and torch, and a border of marigolds to form the gold fringe around the edges of the flag. The Master Gardeners would encourage towns and villages of Warren County to plant street planters in the same color schemes. The bicentennial celebration would be enhanced by this colorful display all over Warren County.
