The Hamlet Rendezvous is a friendly Living History Village of canvas tents and wigwams and 1800 period demonstrations of blacksmithing, spinning, open fire cast iron cooking, needle work, weaving, BLAB school, games of archery, hawk and knife throwing and rolling pin and iron skillet throwing for the ladies. Often a period fashion show, but no black powder! The campsite is the approximate area used by travelers on the Yellowstone Trail for camping and picnics from 1912 on.
