Acquisition of four undeveloped residential lots totaling .55 acres of natural sand dunes surrounded on three sides by Marquette Park.  The fragile dune habitat features several rare native grass species.  The property features unobstructed views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline.  This project is located in Lake County.
