Dashboards

The data included in the following dashboards has been collected and reported by SEOW for several years in the past. Please refer to the accompanying annual epidemiological profile report for details about the data and measures used. Additionally, the Indiana State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup will be reviewing the dashboards for data accuracy and other aspects (formatting, wording, color scheme) on an ongoing basis and make continual improvements.
