Recovery Works Policies & Procedures Training

    Overview

    This comprehensive, in-person training offers a deep dive into Recovery Works policies and procedures. Providers will participate in interactive discussions and hands-on activities aimed at strengthening their understanding and practical application of program guidelines.

    Audience

  • Current Providers:
    • Attendance is mandatory for all agency billing staff.
    • Additional staff seeking a refresher are welcome to attend.
  • New Providers:
    • Attendance is mandatory prior to initiating billing activities.
  • Training Schedule

    All session times are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET and are held at the Indiana Government Center – Harrison Hall.

    Overview

    This is an opportunity for prospective providers, current providers, criminal justice partners and stakeholders to engage directly with Recovery Works staff, ask questions, gain clarification on program requirements, and discuss best practices for service delivery and billing compliance.

    These sessions will serve as a recurring forum to:

    • Address operational questions and concerns
    • Offer updates or changes to policy and procedures
    • Provide technical assistance and guidance on documentation and billing standards
    • Strengthen partnerships through open dialogue

Recovery Community Organization Training

Overview

This comprehensive, in-person training helps Recovery Community Organizations (RCO) understand Recovery Works policies and procedures. Through interactive activities, providers will learn how to apply program guidelines and better define the role of peer recovery coaches.

  • Type: In-person, interactive session
  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Location: Indiana Government Center 402 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN (Room assignment listed below)
Audience
  • Current Providers:
    • Attendance is mandatory for all agency billing staff and must be completed within 90 days of notice.
  • New Providers:
    • Attendance is mandatory prior to initiating billing activities and must be completed within 60 days of hire.
  • Training Schedule

    All session times are 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET and are held at the Indiana Government Center
