A REST representative will be in touch within 2 business days.
- If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
- If you, or someone you know is currently experiencing thoughts of suicide, a mental health or substance use crisis, or any type of emotional distress, please call or text 988 to reach Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and speak with a trained crisis specialist.
- For referrals to additional community resources, call 211 or visit IN211.org.
- To request a speaker from the Division of Mental Health and Addiction’s Disaster Behavioral Health team, submit a formal request here.

- How to become a REST member
Requirements
- REST members are required to complete the following trainings:
- Psychological First Aid (PFA)
- Skills for Psychological Recovery (SPR)
- National Incident Management System Training (NIMS) ICS - 100, 200, 700, 800
- Question Persuade Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Training
- REST members may also be required to participate in an orientation class, regular district meetings and continuing education.
