All of the required paperwork must be turned in with your application and the filing fees must be paid by NOON on the first Wednesday of the month to be heard at that month's meeting. Meetings are normally held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm unless otherwise posted or advertised. Below is a list of the deadlines and potential meeting dates for 2026.
