NOTICE: You are hereby notified that the Town of Marshall has petitioned the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) for an order establishing a Regional Sewer District to be known as the Northern Parke Regional Sewer District (RSD).
A public hearing will be held on November 7th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. (local time), in the 4-H Community Building at the Parke County Fairgrounds, 1472 N US Highway 41, Rockville, IN 47872, to receive public comments on said Petition. An informational session with the Petitioners will be held at the above address at 5:00 p.m. preceding the hearing.
