On July 9, 2024, Clay County experienced a cyber incident that affected some of its IT systems. At this time, Clay County Offices are OPEN and services are available to the community.

Clerk’s Office - Marriage Licenses

• If you would like to obtain a marriage license, please call the Clerk’s office to schedule an appointment.

Emergency Management/Floodplain Manager/ADA Coordinator

• Please call, 812-448-8400, to make an appointment.
• If there are any changes to Clay County’s Operating Status, they will be posted on the Clay County Emergency Management Facebook page.
