| Christopher Kirby is the Impaired Driving Enforcement Liaison for the State of Indiana, assisting agencies, programs, and Officers with initiating enforcement measures and implementing programs to aid in the reduction of crashes and therefore deaths on Indiana roadways. He joined the Highway Traffic Safety Department in Indiana in 2021 after serving for over thirty years as a City Police Officer in Muncie Indiana. |
