Advisory Opinions
Upon request, the ATC will issue an advisory opinion for permit holders, industry representatives, and others who wish to obtain a formal written opinion regarding a particular issue or question.
To request an advisory opinion from the Commission, please complete the Advisory Opinion Request Form and submit to Deputy Director Chris Serak via email at CSerak@atc.in.gov.
Nonrule Policies
The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission issues non-rule policies in order to clarify certain processes and procedures related to a specific topic or subject matter.
