Advisory Opinions
Upon request, the ATC will issue an advisory opinion for permit holders, industry representatives, and others who wish to obtain a formal written opinion regarding a particular issue or question.
To request an advisory opinion from the Commission, please complete the Advisory Opinion Request Form (State Form 56809) and submit to Ashley Merritt via email at amerritt@atc.in.gov.
Nonrule Policies
The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission issues non-rule policies in order to clarify certain processes and procedures related to a specific topic or subject matter.
