Permit Auctions
For the ATC Fall 2023 Auction results, please refer to the table below.
Successful bidders will only have their security deposit refunded if their permit application is later denied by the Commission. Security deposits will not be refunded if a successful bidder fails to submit a permit application within thirty (30) days of the auction. All unsuccessful bidders will have their pre-bid applications returned by mail following the auction.
