Small Utility Workshop
About the Workshop
The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission hosted the 2025 Small Utility Workshop from Nov. 4-5. Over two days, the workshop featured 10 sessions covering practical topics such as utility accounting, capital improvement planning, cybersecurity, and completing the Commission’s small utility rate application, to name a few. The event was free and designed for water and wastewater utilities under the Commission’s jurisdiction with fewer than 8,000 customers.
