Subject Matter of Rule

Amends Indiana Administrative Code 170 IAC 4-11 regarding procedures and guidelines for the construction, purchase, or lease of small modular nuclear reactors by a public utility, replacing emergency rule, RM #22-05, LSA #23-500, which expires on October 1,2024.

Public Hearing

On April 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the PNC Center (IURC Conference Center Judicial Courtroom 222), 101 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission held a public hearing in this rulemaking, IURC RM #23-03, LSA #24-91, regarding the rule concerning small modular reactors at 170 IAC 4-11.
