All Seams Considered is an open ad hoc group of state utility commissions, consumer advocates, transmission owners, and other interested parties.
Purpose
- Identify issues on the seams of regional transmission organizations (RTOs) affecting states and ratepayers;
- Work wit RTOs on resolving these issues; and
- Petition to or file comments with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) as may be necessary.
