Due to action taken by Governor Braun, and upon review from the State Budget Committee,an additional $200 million in funding for new CCDF child care vouchers is available through the Financial Responsibility and Growth (FROG) Fund. With this funding, the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning will resume enrolling CCDF voucher-eligible children, in late May 2026, and increase the number of CCDF enrollments by 14,000 to a projected level of 57,000.
This new funding will help more families access safe, reliable child care across Indiana.

- Siblings of children already receiving vouchers
