The Student, Family, and School Engagement Team is dedicated to supporting student wellbeing and lifting up our students, families, and educators with a network of support and engagement. Through resources, family engagement, and academic and wellness supports, students are more likely to meaningfully engage in their community and experience success within and beyond their K-12 schooling. Recently enacted legislation provides for Indiana school psychologists to practice via telehealth. School psychologists residing in Indiana will not need any additional documentation to practice telehealth. Licensed Indiana school psychologists residing outside Indiana and their employer or school administrator responsible for administering contracted employees must fill out the respective forms below to ensure compliance with Indiana law. Please complete this form and attach all related documents.
