Indiana’s Enhanced Statewide Job Board can be Accessed Here.
The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) has partnered with Nimble to provide user-friendly and data-driven recruitment tools to schools across the state. Indiana schools can post their open positions to the enhanced statewide job board at no cost. Those who are also leveraging the free use of Nimble’s applicant tracking system have the added benefit of their vacancies automatically posting to the statewide job board. This strategic investment by the state of Indiana supports a larger systemic shift to build capacity at the state and local levels to staff Indiana districts with high-quality and diverse talent.
Additionally, the partnership makes it easier for job seekers to connect with employers through the official Indiana Educator Talent Marketplace. To participate, simply create your talent profile in Nimble, and employers across the state will be able to reach out to you for education job opportunities that match your preferences.
To create a talent profile:
- Visit the official IN Educator job board: https://app.hirenimble.com/jobs/state/in
- Click “Proceed to Nimble” on the pop up, or “Candidate Log in” on the top right.
- Sign in or sign up.
- You should be redirected to your profile, but if not click “profile” on the top right menu.
- Update your job search preferences on page 1 and credentials on page 3, if applicable. Mark yourself as “open to work” if you are job searching now. Employers will reach out to you when they have roles that are a fit with your preferences!
