ICJI is being provided with a special promo code that will allow grantees to register for the GHSA 2024 Annual Meeting.

The code will expire on July 26, or when the allotted tickets are claimed.
Registration Information
- Go to the GHSA 2024 Annual Meeting Registration page
- Click on “With Web Account” or “Without Web Account”
- If you have a GHSA online profile and need help logging in, use the Forgot Your Password link.
- Follow the instructions and click through the registration tabs.
- On the Summary page, select “Checkout Now.”
- Enter the Registration Promo Code and click “Apply” for a $0 balance due. You must use this code on or before July 26.
- Click “Complete Registration.” The confirmation page and email include more information, including a link to register for your hotel room. Be sure to select “ICJI - Pre-approval Required” from the dropdown option. You will have to provide a credit card but it will not be charged unless a cancellation fee is incurred. Per hotel policy, any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival date will be charged one night room, $219/night, plus all taxes and fees.
Our Annual Meeting registration cancellation policy is:
- Cancellations on or before July 26 incur a $100 fee.
- After July 26, there are no refunds.
- We can process substitutions to avoid any cancellation fees.
