Opportunities are available to learn more about your 2020 benefit options
We hope that the Open Enrollment website has gotten you better acquainted with options for your 2020 benefits. If you still have questions, there are several additional resources to help you get the answers you need. We have scheduled webinars online that you can attend at work (please obtain approval of you supervisor). Additionally, there are town hall informational meetings scheduled for employees working at the Indiana Government Center in downtown Indianapolis and various benefit information fairs set at facilities around the state.

Webinars
A webinar is a web-based seminar that you access through a computer. These sessions are hosted by the Indiana State Personnel Department on Webex. They can either be accessed from home or you can attend as a group at your work location. These sessions are led by an INSPD Benefits specialist who can answer any questions concerning your benefit plans via chat after the presentation. All times listed are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Employee Information Benefit Fairs
These are hosted at facilities by request and give attendees the opportunity to have their questions answered by representatives from our benefit providers. Each session lasts two hours.

Help Sessions
Once Open Enrollment goes LIVE October 30, help sessions are provided in the Indiana Government Center South Training Room 31 for those that need assistance navigating PeopleSoft or have questions about their elections. Hours are listed below and are Eastern Daylight Time:
- Oct. 30 to Nov. 1: 8 a.m. to noon
- Nov. 4 to Nov. 8: noon to 4 p.m.
- Nov. 12 to Nov. 19: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Nov. 20: 9 a.m. to noon
