COBRA & Early Retiree Wellness Information

COBRA and Early Retiree participants have access to all the same health plan resources as active employees. This means you continue to have access to the Wellness Rewards Program and the Mobile Health Consumer Portal.

Wellness Rewards Program

The Wellness Rewards Program is offered by the Indiana State Personnel Department (INSPD) as part of your medical benefits package. The Wellness Rewards Program is focused on helping you make little changes that have a big impact on your health.

Through the program, you can work with qualified professionals and access reliable information to improve your health. State of Indiana health plan participants can earn rewards for taking advantage of these resources.

Gift Card Rewards

Employees and spouses eligible for the Wellness Rewards Program can earn up to $500 in rewards by completing preventive care screenings and wellness activities in the Mobile Health Consumer portal. Review the details provided in the Rewards Center of your Mobile Health Consumer portal to see how the details for each activity.

Government Center Clinic by Marathon Health

Did you know the Government Center Clinic by Marathon Health has an Anthem health coach in addition to the Marathon Health medical team? This means you can access health coaching and medical services like physicals and sick visits all in one convenient location –  your Government Center Clinic!

With this convenient clinic option, you can save time – and paid time off – by visiting the facility for your immediate care needs. Wait times are typically only about five minutes, and primary care visits average between 20 and 40 minutes.

View the Online Appointment Scheduling Guide for details about how to schedule an appointment at the clinic. You can also schedule an appointment by phone at 317-537-9764. A representative will be available to answer your call from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.

Note: All members of a health plan sponsored by the Indiana State Personnel Department age 3 and older can visit the clinic.

Same-day appointments are available. Walk-ins will be scheduled for the next available appointment time. Staffing levels will be continually monitored to ensure same-day appointments as often as possible. In the event of a late-day walk-in, an appointment will be scheduled for the earliest available time within the clinic’s operating hours.

Note: Appointments can be made in person or over the phone prior to creating an account.

If you aren’t able to visit the clinic, you can also use your phone to see a licensed healthcare provider 24/7 through LiveHealth Online. With LiveHealth Online, you can see a board-certified doctor for $49 or less via video by using your smartphone, tablet or webcam-equipped computer.
