The Program Collection contains over 25,000 programs and related materials that provide information and details about events occurring in Indianapolis and other cities throughout the state. These programs offer insight into the histories of organizations of all sizes and subjects including the fine arts, religion, agriculture, politics, business, educational institutions, recreation, and social clubs and societies. The programs not only help tell the histories of various organizations, they also chronicle changes in entertainment and social engagements, printing styles and methods, and the use of advertisements. A detailed guide to the collection is available. For more information, Ask-A-Librarian.
