Success Path Engagement
The Success Path engagement is a strategic plan to ensure customer success. The Success Path documents what the customer wants to accomplish and tracks their business and technical goals and objectives and is foundational in aligning both Business and IT teams at the customer from both a digital transformation and change management perspective.
The Success Path engagement is also critical for mapping stakeholder alignment both at the customer and within the Salesforce team. It provides prioritized recommendations for the customer to achieve their goals and ensures they are getting the most value out of their Salesforce investment. It is designed to be a clear pathway towards accomplishing customer’s goals and realizing the value of their MuleSoft investment.
