Summary of Primary Objectives Accomplished
- AppDynamics has been vital to resolving performance issues and user experience in the Illinois production environment.
- Within a few days of receiving access to the AppDynamics production site, we were able to use it to find two issues that resulting in thousands of errored API calls and slow running SQL queries.
- AppDynamics was vital in seeing these issues as they were obfuscated by the application’s error handling within the codebase.
