- Experienced latency and performance issues but didn’t know what was causing them.
- IDOE was chasing issues after they happen.
- Issues would sneak up that were not being monitored, and we would have 5-hour disaster recovery calls with expensive people on the call and still guessing what the issues are; too many of these calls
- System is in trouble because of its age and legacy; Trying to keep legacy applications afloat; 70%-80% are legacy
Our Solution and Approach
- AppD was able to identify which business transactions were trending as far as performance; cleanup & organizing in logical patterns we were able to take transactions from a few 100 down to 50
- AppD is sorting and trending Errors
- AppD is monitoring violations and anomalies, using set health rules and monitoring for anything outside the rules
- Ultimately matching front end to back end of applications
