Teachers' Retirement Fund 2026 Payment Dates
Your pension payment date is the first of the month but those benefits are payable one month in arrears. If you receive your checks in the mail, they will be mailed out before the payment date but are not guaranteed to arrive by that date. If the first falls on a weekend, your payment will be mailed on the last business day of the previous month. If you have direct deposit, the deposit is made on the same day as the payable date.
