To report an incident of sexual abuse or sexual harassment on behalf of an offender please call 877-385-5877 or email IDOCPREA@idoc.in.gov

Reporting parties please note the following:

• The allegation will be discussed with the victim named in the report.

• The allegation will be disclosed only to those who need to know to ensure victim safety and to investigate the allegation.

• Please include the following information, if known, when reporting sexual abuse or sexual harassment:
  1. Date of the alleged incident.
  2. Victim’s name and DOC number and facility
  3. All alleged perpetrators names and DOC numbers
  4. Location of alleged incident
  5. Any other information provided regarding the incident
