How to Apply
Vendors with an existing Bidder Registration Number should select “Access the Supplier Portal” from IDOA’s Manage My Bidder Profile page and log in. From the Supplier Portal, select “Bidder Profile,” navigate to “Identifications,” and answer “Yes” when asked whether you are interested in the Indiana Small Business Program.
Current application documentation includes Indiana Secretary of State organizational filings, a list of owners/managers/directors/officers, and the last two years of business tax returns.
