The Lake County Fairgrounds and the Crown Point Garden Club are happy to help celebrate Indiana’s Bicentennial with a beautiful garden at the only covered bridge in Lake County. The newly planted garden hosts many features of the blue and gold theme. Look for birds visiting the blue bird bath. Blue and white bowls were placed between mulch and lava rocks, along with a rustic buckboard. The garden contains both annuals and perennials: blue fortune anise hyssop, English lavender, blue salvia, tropical blue plumbago, fountain grass, and yellow moonshine yarrow.
