Indiana Bicentennial Celebration 2016
Legacy Projects > Hero Appreciation Day Hero Appreciation Day
The 2016 Hero Appreciation Day will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on the north side of the Gibson County Courthouse Square in downtown Princeton, IN. The event is designed to provide the public with an opportunity to interact with and pay tribute to their local law enforcement and emergency personnel. The event will also coincide with the Indiana Bicentennial Torch Relay passing through downtown Princeton. The event will consist of live musical entertainment, bounce houses for children, a speech by Mayor Brad Schmitt and free ice cream for those attending for Indiana’s birthday.
