In May 2021, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services launched Case Management Innovation as part of our BDDS Waiver Redesign efforts.
Through this initiative, BDDS has moved to a selective contracting waiver for case management and selected six case management companies to provide case management services to individuals and families beginning in January of 2022. BDDS believes this will result in consistent quality case management for all individuals and families.
