Purpose
The Pretrial Services Committee coordinates the oversight, education, development, and certification activities for pretrial services agencies certified in accordance with the Judicial Conference of Indiana Pretrial Services Rules. Committee activities include drafting proposed rules and planning education events for certified pretrial services agencies and those in the planning stages.
