Judges visit students and civic groups for Constitution Day

Forty-eight judicial officers from across the state will meet with over 4,300 students and civic group members to celebrate Constitution Day in September 2026. Indiana courts commemorate the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787, with a program that brings judges into schools and out into their communities.

Public invited to provide feedback on proposed rules

The Indiana Supreme Court seeks public input on proposed changes to several Rules of Court. The proposed changes include amendments to Criminal, Jury, and Trial rules. Comments should be submitted by Wednesday, September 30 at noon (Eastern).
