Purpose
The Limited Jurisdiction & Traffic Law Committee monitors developments in legislation and case law concerning traffic, small claims, and city and town courts. The committee also reviews, revises and approves for publication the City and Town Court Manual; the Traffic and Small Claims Benchbook; and the Small Claims Litigant Manual. This committee meets quarterly.
