The Office of Innovation leads process improvement initiatives and promotes innovation, creative problem-solving, and a culture of continuous improvement within the Office of Judicial Administration. The Office of Innovation delivers process improvement seminars and workshops to agency staff.
The Chief Innovation Officer leads OJA efforts for the Indiana Supreme Court’s Innovation Committee. The committee’s mission is to conduct continuous research on justice reform, identify innovative strategies to improve judicial and legal process, and make recommendations to the Supreme Court for best practices surrounding Indiana’s judicial system.
