Voter Registration Public Records Requests

To request access to records within the Voter Registration Office, please complete the Public Records Request form provided on this page. All requests must be submitted in accordance with state and federal regulations, and certain information may be restricted to protect voter privacy. Be sure to fill out the form accurately to avoid delays in processing. Once the form is submitted, depending on what information is being requested, additional forms may be required.
